Origin

I am originally from Solukhumbu, and I currently live in Kathmandu. I was born on November 12, 1998.I started trekking when I was just 16 years old. My first trek was the Annapurna Circuit, which I did with my uncle. That experience inspired my love for the mountains. In 2022, I met my uncle again, Gelje Sherpa, who is well known in the mountaineering world. He encouraged me to become a mountain guide and told me that guiding offers more opportunities than trekking. He began teaching me how to climb and helped me develop my mountaineering skills. In 2023, I went on my first expedition to Mount Everest (8,848 m), the highest mountain in the world, together with my uncle Gelje.

Me

Since I've started climbing, nothing excites me more than heading back for an expedition, meeting people with the same drive and passion for climbing and most importantly just having fun with it.

Besides mountaineering I really enjoy volleyball, so if we ever climb together, we might have to play a few rounds after reaching the summit.

Goals

My future goal is to climb all 14 8,000-meter peaks and guide new climbers in the himalaya.
