SHIPPING (PRE-ORDER)

This is a SummitShell pre-order. Your jacket will be made to order in our production with the same care and precision we expect from gear we take into the high mountains.

Estimated dispatch is February 13th and if we finish earlier, it will leave our studio earlier, too.

We pack every SummitShell ourselves, in some of the nicest packaging you’ve ever received and ship it with pure gratitude.

From the moment you place your order, we’ll keep you updated via email, including any changes to the timeline or good news if your jacket is ready sooner.

Once shipped, deliveries within Germany usually arrive in 3–5 days with DHL, international orders in 7–12 days.

RETURNS

You can return your SummitShell within 14 days after it has arrived in your hands.

The SummitShell is built for harsh weather and long seasons.

Machine wash cold (30 °C) on gentle cycle with all zippers and Velcro closed. Use a mild liquid detergent only, never softener, bleach, or stain remover.

Wash separately and rinse well.
Tumble-dry low to restore the DWR.
When water stops beading, apply a fluorine-free spray and reactivate with low heat.
Keep away from fire, solvents, and high heat.

Pro Tip: If you take care of your jacket, the jacket will care of you!
