In the EU you do not need to give a reason for your withdrawal. Please return items unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached.

How do I start a return?
  1. Open our returns center and enter your order number and email – or email us at info@manasluclothing.com
  2. We send you the next steps and the return address
  3. Ship your item back and keep your proof of shipment
  4. Once your return arrives and is checked, we issue your refund
Return conditions

To get a full refund, please return your item:

  • unworn and unused
  • unwashed and undamaged
  • with all original tags attached
  • ideally in its original packaging
Refund process

Once your return has been received and inspected, we notify you about your refund. If approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@manasluclothing.com.

Defective or wrong item

If your item is defective, damaged on arrival or we sent you the wrong item, email us at info@manasluclothing.com with your order number and a few photos. We take care of it with top priority – and you don't pay for the return shipping.

Exchanges

We don't process direct exchanges. Simply return the item and place a new order once your return has been accepted – that way you get your new size or color as fast as possible.

Pre-orders

You can cancel a pre-order only before fulfillment begins (usually within 1–2 days). Once fulfilled, the order cannot be cancelled – but pre-orders can be returned under the same rules as all other items.

As a consumer in the EU, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, use our withdrawal form or send us a clear statement by email to info@manasluclothing.com.
